He has played a key role in the launch and positioning of prestigious international brands in Spain, such as Miraval. Before founding Diffusion, he led projects focused on the development of premium brands and international distribution.
His deep market knowledge, combined with a strong commercial instinct and a passion for authentic products, has established Diffusion as a trusted strategic partner for world-class producers.
Born in Palma de Mallorca, Gabriel has dedicated his life to wine with passion and discipline. He was named Best Sommelier of Spain in 2021, won the Ruinart Challenge in 2019, and earned the ASI Diploma with GOLD distinction. In 2024, he represented Spain at the ASI Europe, Middle East & Africa Championship, ranking among the top professionals on the continent.
At Diffusion Wine & Spirits, he leads the wine portfolio, combining technical expertise and creativity to curate selections, deliver training, and develop concepts that bring value to both brands and clients.
Originally from Naples, Roberto began his hospitality career at 14 and gained experience in London, Ibiza, and Madrid, working in renowned venues like Julius’s Restaurant and Hard Rock Café. With training in culinary arts, mixology, and certifications in wine, spirits, and business management, he brings a well-rounded industry perspective.
At Diffusion, he leads sales in Madrid with a practical, client-focused approach and strong product knowledge.
Felip has built his career around wine — from vineyard and winery to logistics and commercial management — with experience at companies such as Can Ràfols dels Caus, Codorníu, and Picking Málaga. With a background in international trade, logistics, and wine management (currently pursuing the WSET Diploma), he leads the southern Spain region at Diffusion, bringing strategic vision, market expertise, and a deep passion for the industry.
Edu brings extensive experience in hospitality and beverage management across the UK and Spain, having worked with companies such as Grupo Arzábal, Martins Brands, and Brown-Forman. Trained in International Tourism and Hotel Management (Oxford), he has served as a brand ambassador and cocktail trainer, and won the Diplomático World Tournament in 2018.
Today, he leads sales in Madrid for Diffusion W&S, combining strategic vision with deep product knowledge.
Judit has over ten years of experience in marketing, sales, and brand development within the wine and spirits industry.She has worked with companies such as Pernod Ricard and Familia Torres, bringing a strategic, creative, and market-driven vision focused on the Spanish market.
She holds a degree in Advertising and Public Relations from the University of Barcelona and the WSET Level 3 in Wines. In addition, she is the co-founder of an event space in Puglia, Italy
